A balanced diet is one of the most important needs in a child’s life. It is essential for their physical, cognitive, social, emotional development. Children experiencing different tastes and textures of food allows to help expand a child’s taste palate. We include different dishes in our menu to bring variety and taste. For example, Lentils and Rice are made as a casserole dish with basic spices like ginger-garlic paste and pepper. Pita bread is served either with egg, ground chicken or beef. Rice is served as pilaf vegetables and meat.

All children aged 1 and older are provided breakfast, lunch, and snack daily. For children under the age of 1, parents are responsible for providing breast milk/formula, cereal, and any other dietary requirement.

We do not serve any pre-packaged or frozen meals to our children. All meals are prepared fresh daily in the kitchen.

Lunch consists of a combination of carbohydrates and a protein meal, one serving of vegetables, one serving of fruit, and milk.
