Enrollment and Admissions

Children are accepted for enrollment after an introductory tour and meeting between parent(s) and the Director, the submission of a signed tuition agreement and payment of the registration fee. In addition to these forms, the following forms are due on or before your child’s first day of attendance: Health History Form, Child Care Enrollment Form, Child Health Report, immunization Form and Family History Form.
